### README file for the X-ray sources public catalog from J1030 ### Column 1: XID - ID of the X-ray source. Columns 2-3: RA_CORR_X, DEC_CORR_X - X-ray RA and DEC. Coulumn 4: POS_ERR - positional error in arcsec of the source centroid computed using Puccetti et al. 2009 (ApJ, 185, 586) formula. Column 5: OFF-AXIS - off axis angle in arcmin. Column 6: EXPOSURE - exposure time in the full band in kilo-seconds [ks]. Column1 7-9: HR... - hardness ratio and upper and lower errors computed as Lyons 1991 (Cambridge University Press). For upper and lower limits on HR we put "-1" values on the errors. For the 11 sources with only full-band detection we did not compute the HR. Columns 10-12: NET_CNTS_FULL... - full net counts and upper and lower errors computed by ACIS Extract. Errors are at 1 sigma level using Gehrels 1986 (ApJ, 303, 336). Upper limits are at 3 sigma level computed using the Chandra/CIAO srcflux tool; for the u.l. we put "-1" values on the errors. Columns 13-15: same as columns 10-12 but for the soft band. Columns 16-18: same as columns 10-12 but for the hard band. Column 19: PROB_NO_SOURCE_FULL - AE binomial probability for a source to be a background fluctuation. The lower is the value the more likely the source is real. Columns 20-21: same as column 19 but for the soft and hard bands. Columns 22-24: FLUX_FULL... - aperture corrected X-ray fluxes and relative errors in the full, soft, and hard bands, respectively, while for undetected sources we report 3-sigma upper limits. Fluxes and relative errors were computed from the net rates and relative errors assuming the full-band spectra of the X-ray sources are power-laws modified by only Galactic absorption with effective power-law photon indices derived from their hardness ratios. For the sources not detected in all the three X-ray bands we assumed a spectral power-law with Gamma=1.4 modified by Galactic absorption. Columns 25-30: same as columns 22-24 but for the soft and hard bands. Columns 31-32: RA_cpt, DEC_cpt - optical RA and DEC. Column 34: cpt_offset - positional offset in arcsec between the X-ray and optical position. Column 34-37: counterpart magnitude AUTO in the r, z, J, and 4.5 micron bands, respectively. The reported limits for the undetected counterparts correspond to the limiting AB magnitudes of the corresponding optical/NIR catalog. Columns 38-41: counterpart magnitude errors in the r, z, J, and 4.5 micron bands, respectively. Column 42: flag providing info on the likelihood of the counterparts: -1 for X-ray sources with no counterpart in any band, 0 for sources with a sub-threshold counterpart, 1 for sources with just one counterpart above likelihood threshold, 2 for sources with two or more counterparts above threshold. Column 43: flag notes for the single XID sources: 0 for sources with no morphological info, 1 for sources that have a star as optical/NIR counterpart, 2 for sources that appears as X-ray extended sources.
